Qualifications

• Must have a customer-service mindset and be able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Comfortable using technology to process transactions and assist customers.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ownership in achieving personal goals and store objectives.
• Greet and assist customers, creating a welcoming environment and providing personalized service.
• Process transactions accurately and handle inquiries, returns, and concerns with care.
• Support store operations like store fulfillment, curbside pickup, pricing, promotions, product processing and placement.
• Maintain attractive selling areas, signage, fitting rooms, and cleanliness through daily recovery and stock replenishment.
• Stay informed of products, promotions, policies, and events to provide accurate information.
• Contribute to a positive store culture by sharing knowledge and celebrating achievements.
• Follow safety guidelines and asset protection procedures to minimize risk.
