Job summary

Belk in Georgia is hiring Seasonal team members for Full-time, Part-time and Flex positions across Sales, Support, Fragrances, Store Fulfillment, and more. You will deliver excellent customer service, drive sales, and support store operations to create a positive shopping experience.

As a Seasonal team member, you’ll greet customers, process transactions, assist with curbside pickup and merchandising, and help maintain appealing selling areas and signage.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated dedication to customer service and a drive to achieve store objectives.
• Strong communication and willingness to learn new tasks.
• Ability to take ownership of assigned tasks and contribute to store success.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Comfortable with technology including mobile devices and Windows systems.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to move around store areas and assist customers.
• Must be able to lift and move at least 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet, engage, and assist customers to create a welcoming environment.
• Process transactions accurately and handle inquiries or returns politely.
• Support store operations such as fulfillment, curbside pickup, pricing, and visual merchandising.
• Maintain attractive selling areas, signage, and clean fitting rooms and stock areas.
• Stay informed about products, promotions, and store events to give accurate info to customers.
• Build positive team culture and share knowledge with coworkers.
• Follow asset protection and safety guidelines to minimize risk.
