Job summary

Belk is hiring for Seasonal positions across Sales, Support, Fragrances, Store Fulfillment and more. You’ll help deliver excellent customer service, drive sales, and support store operations to ensure a positive shopping experience for every customer.

As a Seasonal team member, you’ll work with teammates to meet store goals, assist with transactions, curbside pickup, promotions, and merchandising while staying informed about products and policies to provide accurate information.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering friendly, high-quality customer service.
• Ability to assist with store operations and merchandising tasks.
• Comfortable using smartphones, tablets and Windows-based devices.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ownership in achieving store goals and daily priorities.
• Greet and assist customers to provide a welcoming, personalized shopping experience.
• Process transactions accurately and address inquiries with professionalism.
• Support store operations such as fulfillment, curbside pickup, pricing, promotions and product placement.
• Maintain clean, well-presented selling areas with accurate signage and stock.
• Stay informed on products, promotions, policies, and store events to assist customers.
