Job summary

Patagonia in Austin, TX is seeking a Customer Experience Guide - Seasonal Team to support our core store operations during peak seasons. You will focus on sales, customer service, and stocking while representing the brand and its environmental commitments.

This 3-month, in-person role offers a maximum 19 hours per week during peak periods and includes Wellness Time and employee discounts. Employment is at-will and seasonal with no guaranteed length.

Qualifications

• Proven customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Ability to solve problems and respond calmly to customer needs.
• Clear and effective communication within a team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver best-in-class customer service and assist with sales.
• Stock and stage products on the retail floor and assist with prep/breakdown.
• Support visual standards and assist in-store events and marketing activities.
• Learn product details to better assist customers and share brand values.
