Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and assist with product styles, features, and benefits.
• Resolve customer issues confidently while balancing multiple customers in a busy retail setting.
• Assist with omnichannel shopping to ensure a positive experience.
• Execute and expedite point-of-sale transactions.
• Complete floor replenishment and manage shipments as needed.
• Articulate current promotions and the brand loyalty program to customers.
