Description

As a Seasonal Customer Care Representative, you will play an essential role in empowering our customers to take their medications and achieve better overall wellness.

This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from home. The role requires a variable schedule that may start and end outside of normal business hours. It is a 40-hour per week position, with potential for additional or fewer hours based on business needs. While this is a seasonal role, there may be an opportunity to convert to a permanent, full-time employee with Amazon depending on business requirements.

Key job responsibilities
  1. Assist customers and advisors over phone, email, and web with billing, insurance verification, product, or service questions.
  2. Manage inbound and outbound calls efficiently.
  3. Proactively identify solutions to anticipated customer questions.
  4. Handle issues from start to finish or collaborate with pharmacists and pharmacy staff for clinical advisements.
  5. Provide excellent service in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Address inquiries related to insurance, copays, and shipping.
  7. Offer technical support for navigating pharmacy.amazon.com.
  8. Serve customers promptly to maximize relationship quality.
  9. Build long-term relationships through each interaction.
  10. Maintain customer privacy and safety in adherence to company policies.
Basic Qualifications
  1. High school diploma or equivalent.
  2. At least 6 months experience with computer and web-based tools.
  3. Ability to multitask using phone and computer.
  4. Pass a pre-employment drug test.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Over 1 year of relevant customer service experience via phone or email.
  2. Experience in a healthcare environment.
  3. Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
  4. Experience in a call center or customer service setting.
  5. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining productivity and quality standards.
  6. Teamwork skills.
