Job summary

The Jefferson Hotel in Richmond is seeking a reliable Seasonal Stewarding Attendant to join our Culinary team. You will keep kitchen and stewarding areas clean, organized, and well-supplied, supporting the Culinary and Food & Beverage teams to ensure seamless service.

Responsibilities include washing and storing china and equipment, assisting with setup/breakdown, and maintaining waste areas. A High School diploma is preferred, with hospitality experience a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous kitchen or hospitality experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in kitchen and stewarding areas.
• Wash, sanitize, and store china, glassware, silverware, and utensils.
• Assist with kitchen and banquet setup or breakdown as directed.
• Remove trash and recyclables and maintain waste areas.
• Assist with inventory of stewarding supplies and communicate needs to leadership.
• Follow safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
• Support Culinary and Food & Beverage teams to ensure seamless service.
