Radiology Tech Seasonal – CommonSpirit Health Mountain Region

Overview

Qualified external applicants may be eligible for a seasonal bonus up to $6,000!

Housing Stipend
  • $400/month Summit County housing stipend available for full‑time residents of Summit, Park, Eagle, Grand, Clear Creek or Lake Counties. Must work at least 80% physically on‑site at a CommonSpirit Health‑Mountain Region facility in Summit County and be full‑time or part‑time (PRN ineligible). More details available upon offer.

Responsibilities
  • Provide quality patient care to all patients within the medical imaging department.
  • Perform high quality images and exams on patients while maintaining sensitivity to patient needs. Follow standards of safe radiation practice.
  • Demonstrate leadership abilities and be a role model for other associate technologists.
  • Act as a clinical resource to students, staff technologist and other hospital personnel.
  • Assure current standards of practice for the unit.
Qualifications
  • Knowledgeable in all aspects of Diagnostic Imaging to include Surgery and Trauma as required.
  • One year post‑certification experience required to evaluate and/or instruct student radiographers.
  • HS diploma or GED required.
  • Registered Technologist, Radiology‑R.T. (R) (ARRT) required.
  • Current Basic Life Support from the American Heart Association required.

Physical Requirements: Exert up to 50 lbs force occasionally, up to 20 lbs frequently, and up to 10 lbs constantly.

We all operate as a unified team, support each other, and encourage cross‑training.
