Bloomingdale’s Cosmetics floor invites a Beauty Advisor to deliver outstanding service and product knowledge, both in-store and online. Build client relationships, provide makeup lessons, skin care consultations and trend advice while maintaining appealing merchandise presentation.

The role emphasizes friendly engagement, fast learning, and customer-first service on the sales floor with opportunities to contribute to a vibrant, inclusive team culture.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous selling experience in cosmetics or retail is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating manuals.
• Flexible schedule including day, evening, weekend and holidays may be required.

Responsibilities

• Create an in-store easy, seamless and fun experience to build and cultivate customer relationships.
• Drive sales with in-store and online clients by embracing technology.
• Participate in merchandising and operational requirements of the role.
