Bloomingdale’s Cosmetics is looking for a Beauty Advisor to provide expert service and product knowledge, both in-store and online, while building lasting client relationships and delivering makeup lessons and skin care consultations.

The Beauty Advisor remains welcoming, friendly, and engaged, prioritizing customer needs and maintaining compelling merchandise presentation on the sales floor.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous selling experience in cosmetics is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating manuals.
• Flexibility to work retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Create an in-store seamless and fun experience to build customer relationships.
• Drive sales with in-store and online clients, using technology to assist transactions.
• Participate in merchandising and operational duties.
