Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong attention to detail and highly organized with elevated time management.
• Must meet health requirements for food handling and alcohol service.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced, team setting.
• Must be able to communicate in English.
• Possess TEAM Alcohol Management certificate.

Responsibilities

• Assist in staffing, training, and counseling of event staff.
• Directly manage event day staff with customer interaction.
• Maintain and control high volume food and beverage inventory.
• Train and enforce responsible alcohol service and compliance.
• Develop standards for service, sanitation, and food quality.
• Coordinate with team to ensure safety, inventory, and cash control.
• Audit inventory and perform reconciliations.
