Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Concession Supervisor in our Food & Beverage team to lead concessions staff, manage event operations, and ensure accurate sales processing. The role focuses on customer service, health compliance, and smooth workflow during events.

The position requires experience in food & beverage operations, supervision skills, and familiarity with Quest POS. This is a part-time hourly role demanding flexible event-based hours and strong team coordination.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and cash handling with accuracy.

• Familiarity with cash registers and health code compliance.
• Completion of Alcohol TEAM Compliance Training.

Responsibilities

• Train, schedule, and supervise concessions staff.
• Assist in settling event paperwork and stock control.
• Maintain stock levels using sales history data.
• Support day-to-day operations with supervisors.
• Ensure compliance with health and liquor regulations.
• Coordinate product distribution to stands and bars.
• Verify POS systems are operational before events.
• Review product quality before serving.
