BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking a part-time Crew Leader/Driver for snow season work in Michigan. The role directs 2–5+ team members, oversees snow management and basic maintenance, and may assist with landscape installation and irrigation tasks.

A valid driver’s license and Chauffeur’s endorsement are required, with preference for those holding an endorsement. Position is part-time, on-call, and as-needed, with potential transition depending on open roles.

Qualifikationen

• Valid driver’s license without restrictions and at least 10 years of clean driving record.
• A Chauffeur’s License/Endorsement is required for this role. Preference will be given to candidates who already possess one.
• Minimum of 1 year of Snow Season/Landscaping Season Crew Leader experience.
• Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card and pass a DOT medical examination within 48 hours of offer.

Aufgaben

• Maintain a schedule and ensure service expectations are met.
• Surface customer problems or concerns and report back to Production Manager.
• Proactively assist in resolving issues with customer service when needed.
• Ensure work is performed safely and in accordance with company policies.
• Communicate regularly with Production Manager to ensure client needs and expectations are met or exceeded.
• Deliver services as specified on client sites.
• Work to identify more efficient ways to perform work.
• Coordinate service execution with Production Manager.
• Oversee day to day site operations and delegate work to crew team members.
• Provide Production Manager feedback on crew member(s).
• Work with Production Manager to develop and train crew members.
• Ensure equipment preventative maintenance is performed and equipment is in good working order.
• Participate in branch meetings as directed.
• Accurately capture and turn in crew time logs.
• Log equipment usage and maintenance cycles.
• Other tasks and duties as assigned by Branch Leadership
