Responsibilities

• Operate company-supplied snow plows and salt spreading equipment to clear snow and ice from client properties.
• Ensure work meets client expectations and safety standards.
• Lift and handle materials up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Work outdoors in extreme winter weather for extended periods.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate operations.
• Remain on-call, especially during early morning hours, to respond to snow events.
