Wellington Regional Medical Center in Wellington, FL, is seeking a seasonal full-time Patient Care Tech/CNA to support patient care activities on the Day shift, 36 hours per week. The facility emphasizes safety, teamwork, and professional growth within a large UHS network.

Requirements include Florida CNA certification, BLS, ability to read/write medical terminology, EKG capability, and strong communication skills. Cross-training and flexibility to float are expected.

Formación

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, and have working knowledge of medical terminology.
• Florida CNA certification with current license.
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification.
• Must have good communication skills to relate to customers.
• Must be able to perform EKGs.
• Computer skills, order entry and ADT functionality.

Responsabilidades

• Performs various patient care activities in the patient care area, including monitoring telemetry rhythm strips, receptionist and secretarial duties, and patient care tasks.
• Willing to cross-train and float to meet the facility's needs.
