Job summary

Invited is hiring a Server 1 to deliver exceptional food and beverage service to members and guests, reflecting Invited’s service standards. You will help maintain a seamless dining experience and support operations as needed.

The role emphasizes warm welcomes, accurate order execution, and a strong knowledge of the menu. Candidates should be ready to work weekends/holidays and uphold safety and cleanliness standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in Food & Beverage service.
• Current Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certifications as required by state and city regulations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of service and follow Invited F&B training.
• Provide food and beverage service to members/guests, executing orders promptly.
• Greet members by name and ensure a warm welcome.
• Assist teammates to ensure a seamless member/guest experience.
• Handle member/guest complaints with service recovery techniques.
