Bass Pro Shops is seeking a CLUB Customer Service Outfitter to deliver world-class service to guests while presenting the benefits of CLUB membership. The Outfitter will be the CLUB product expert, handling account servicing, new member acquisition, and compliance, while coaching peers and ensuring a seamless CLUB experience.
Responsibilities include promoting memberships, processing applications and payments, keeping the CLUB Booth organized, and delivering timely feedback to management.
The CLUB Customer Service Outfitter provides world class customer service for our guests while presenting customers with the benefits of becoming a CLUB Member. The CLUB Outfitter will be the product expert while executing account servicing and other CLUB processes to include acquiring and activating new members, CLUB sales, customer experience, peer coaching and influencing, and regulatory compliance.
