Jackson Hewitt - FCS is seeking a Seasonal Client Support Associate to be the friendly face for our offices and deliver exceptional client experiences. You will engage with clients, confirm appointments, and support marketing efforts while waiting times are managed.

Visit local shops and community locations to drive brand awareness and actively recruit new talent, using your market knowledge and social media skills to build a strong talent pipeline.

Qualificações

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to troubleshoot.
• Prior customer service or sales experience is preferred, but not required.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a customer-focused role.

Responsabilidades

• Active engagement with clients, confirming appointments and following up with past and potential clients.
• Distribute marketing materials and keep clients engaged during wait times.
