Formación

• Valid State of Ohio driver's license preferred.
• Ability to perform heavy manual labor and operate basic maintenance equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Loads and unloads materials, supplies, and equipment.
• Cleans and Maintains facilities and outdoor spaces, including sidewalks, parks, and common areas.
• Performs routine building maintenance such as cleaning floors, windows, and rest rooms.
• Assists in waste collection operations, including handling containers and debris.
• Operates basic equipment and tools as needed for maintenance tasks.
