Responsibilities

• Greet customers and identify needs (size, species, budget, space).
• Explain tree varieties, care, and seasonal add-ons.
• Process payments accurately and ensure a smooth checkout.
• Maintain clean, organized, and welcoming display and lot.
• Achieve daily team sales goals and assist with setup and presentation.
• Coordinate with teammates to move customers efficiently through the lot.
