Moon Valley Nurseries is seeking a Sales Associate for our Christmas Lot Team in Houston. This seasonal role involves helping customers find the perfect Christmas tree, guiding them from greeting to final sale, and delivering a festive holiday experience.

We train you and offer a clear career path with opportunities to grow into a full-time role. Work hours are 10 AM–9 PM from Nov 23 to Dec 24, with overtime and weekend availability required.

Qualifications

• Experience in commission-based sales is preferred.
• Strong customer service and up-selling skills.
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment and meet sales goals.
• Comfort with following safety protocols and cash-handling procedures.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an excellent customer experience and greet customers warmly.
• Sell confidently and close the sale from discovery to decision.
• Process payments accurately and handle transactions.
• Keep the lot welcoming, organized, and well-stocked.
• Assist with display setup and tree presentation to attract customers.
