Job summary

Silver Dollar City in Branson, MO is seeking a Christmas Lights Team Member for the 2026 season to install and maintain over 6.5 million lights, including 1.5 million in the Midtown display. You will work on buildings, fences, trees using a staple gun on ladders and lifts.

Requires physical stamina, ability to lift up to 50 pounds (100 with assistance), climb heights up to 65 feet, and work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior lights experience is a plus; 18+ and background checks required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass drug/background checks.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted and 100 pounds with assistance.
• Capable of working outdoors in all weather and at heights.
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain Christmas lights with attention to detail.
• Operate a manual or pneumatic staple gun on ladders and lifts.
• Follow ladder safety rules and work at heights up to 65 feet.
• Communicate effectively with team and leadership; perform other duties as assigned.
