Brite Nites is hiring for the 2026 season in West Palm Beach, FL. Seasonal, full-time outdoor lighting installer roles involve working in cold/rainy weather, long shifts, and heights, with training provided and housing assistance possible. Pay is weekly and varies by experience and role, with strong emphasis on teamwork and safety.

You’ll join a two-person crew to install lighting on homes and commercial buildings, with potential takedown work later. Prior lighting experience is not required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform physical outdoor work in various weather conditions.
• Comfortable working at heights on ladders/roofs.
• Reliable and able to follow directions and work in a small crew.

Responsibilities

• Install Christmas lighting on homes and commercial buildings.
• Work on ladders up to 32 ft and on roofs.
• Hang, clip, and staple light strands along rooflines, trees, and structures.
• Operate in 2-person crews with minimal supervision.
• Potential for takedown work through January–February.
