Job summary

Lake Champlain Chocolates in Stowe, VT is seeking a Retail Store Associate & Barista for a seasonal role from August through October. You will provide sales, cashier and café service, greet customers, and promote the LCC brand.

The role requires a High School student or graduate; cashier experience and team-based work in retail or food service are a plus. Starting pay is $15/hour plus tips, with potential increases; weekends and inventory tasks may be required.

• Must be able to provide friendly, efficient service and maintain product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Upholds company policies and standards.
• Assists in implementing store policies and procedures.

• Manages café items and responsibilities as needed.
• Assists in merchandising, inventory, and floor stock.
• Rings up sales and processes returns/ refunds.
