Job summary

Aspen Skiing Company is hiring a Children’s 7-17 Supervisor for the Buttermilk Ski & Snowboard School. This full-time seasonal role runs November 9, 2026 through April 17, 2027 and offers a salary between $62,476 and $72,476 per year with bonus eligibility for salaried staff.

The Supervisor leads Pros and indoor staff, ensuring guest service excellence, safety, and operational efficiency across the ski school, payroll, and reservations functions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 seasons in the snow sports industry.
• PSIA/AASI Level 2 certification or foreign equivalent required.
• Proficient with POS, scheduling software, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Organize and prioritize operational requirements based on SOPs and initiatives.
• Supervise, schedule and staff a team of Pros to meet daily needs.
• Promote guest service by evaluating experiences and addressing concerns.
• Maintain an on-hill presence engaging with Pros and guests daily.
• Lead employee recognition, performance management and disciplinary actions.
• Mentor Pros including Academy training and PSIA progression.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Support ski school ops by assisting sales, payroll, and reservations.
