Job summary

Sugarbush Resort is seeking enthusiastic childcare team members for the winter season. Roles include Teachers, Student Support Staff, and Interventionists. You will work weekends and holidays, commit to 10 full days, and complete a background check and fingerprinting.

Qualifications

• High school education or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• One completed course in Early Childhood or Human/Child Development and at least 1 year of childcare center experience.
• Three references in childcare.
• Specialized skills in activities for children.
• Strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement activities to meet children's physical, emotional, intellectual, and social needs.
• Carry out activities as directed by Room Leader.
• Provide meals according to schedule.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and follow emergency procedures.
• Supervise children and ensure safety and compliance with guidelines.
• Provide opportunities for sleep and rest.
• Communicate clearly with children and staff.
