Seasonal, contract position for Cheerleading & Dance.
Assist Head Coach with practice planning, recruitment and operations.

Responsibilities

Assist Head Coach in planning and conducting practices, workouts, rehearsals, and team activities.
Teach and develop cheerleading and dance fundamentals, including technique, conditioning, flexibility, jumps, turns, and choreography.
Develop routines for athletic events, competitions, showcases, and campus/community events.
Assist with choreography, music selection, formations, timing, and performance quality.
Provide individualized instruction and feedback to student-athletes.
Support team organization, attendance, communication, scheduling, equipment, uniforms, and travel logistics.
Support recruiting prospective student-athletes and relationships with high schools and clubs.
