Job summary

AVA Rafting & Ziplining, located in Idaho Springs, CO, is seeking a Transportation Supervisor to oversee the maintenance of the transportation fleet and manage CDL driver staff. This seasonal full-time role includes addressing vehicle maintenance, scheduling drivers, and ensuring DOT compliance. Ideal candidates will have experience in heavy equipment driving and hold a valid Commercial Driver’s License.

Qualifications

• Must have prior heavy equipment driving experience, preferable large bus or semi-truck.
• Must hold a valid Commercial Driver’s License, Class A or B, with air brake and passenger endorsement.
• Employment is contingent on a positive driving record check and negative drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Maintain AVA’s fleet and manage CDL driver staff.
• Address vehicle maintenance concerns and coordinate repairs.
• Schedule drug tests for pre-employment and coordinate random screenings.

Skills

Heavy equipment driving experience
