Job summary

AVA Rafting & Ziplining is seeking a Transportation Supervisor in Kremmling, CO. This seasonal full-time position includes managing the driver staff and overseeing the fleet's maintenance to ensure DOT compliance.

The ideal candidate will hold a valid CDL (Class A or B) and possess heavy equipment driving experience. The role offers a pay rate of $24.00 - $27.00/hr along with end-of-season bonuses and various employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience with large bus or semi-truck driving.
• Valid CDL with air brake and passenger endorsement.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) required.

Responsibilities

• Manage driver staff and schedule their shifts.
• Address vehicle maintenance concerns and ensure DOT compliance.
• Hold weekly meetings with drivers to update and address concerns.

Skills

Heavy equipment driving experience

Basic maintenance skills

Knowledge of DOT regulations

Education

Valid Commercial Driver’s License, Class A or B
