Purpose and Summary

Operates and maintains trucks and forklifts for delivery and pickup of agronomy and energy products, following scheduled routes to support profitable growth.

Essential Job Functions

• Operate and maintain vehicles and equipment in accordance with safety standards.
• Perform daily safety checks and conduct pre-trip inspections.
• Load and unload trucks following policies and DOT regulations.
• Ensure timely deliveries and pickups with proper documentation.

Other Job Functions

• Maintain equipment and adhere to company policies and safety standards.
• Follow the GROWMARK Code of Conduct and Environmental Health and Safety policies.
• Perform basic shop maintenance and other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Possess or able to obtain a valid CDL with endorsements, medical card, and a clean driving record.
• Ability to work extended hours as needed.

Work Conditions

• Exposure to extreme weather, noise, dust, fumes, chemicals, electrical hazards.
• May work at heights and lift up to 100 lbs.
