Job summary

Greg's Services LLC in Cedar Rapids, IA is seeking dependable CDL Drivers for our snow operations. You will join a team responsible for safe and efficient plowing, de-icing, and snow removal during winter storms.

This on-call role requires long shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays, with 24/7 availability during events. Must have a valid CDL, clean driving record, and at least two snow-season experiences; training and supervisory duties may apply.

Qualifications

• Drug-free and able to pass required screenings.
• Minimum of 2 snow plowing seasons.
• Experience operating snow plows, snow blowers, and applying deicing/salting products.

Requirements:

• Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with a clean driving record
• Drug‑free and able to pass required screenings
• Minimum of 2 seasons of commercial snow plowing experience
• Prior experience operating snow plows, snow blowers, and applying deicing/salting products
• Experience supervising other laborersSkilled in training team members on site‑specific needs, safe equipment operation, and safety protocols
• Comfortable navigating between job sites
• Able to communicate and interact professionally with clients and crew members

Position Details:

• On‑call availability 24/7 during snow events
• Must be able to work long shifts and extended hours as needed, including nights, weekends, and holidays
