Job summary

Paradise Garden Landscaping Inc. is seeking dedicated drivers for the 2026 snow season to ensure safe and efficient snow removal and de-icing for commercial properties.

This on-call, weather-dependent role offers part-time seasonal work with a starting point at our office for all equipment operations. Ideal candidates will have a valid driver’s license, 2+ years of commercial snow plowing and salting experience, and a flexible schedule to cover late nights, early mornings, weekends and holidays

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Minimum 2 years of commercial snow plowing and salting experience.
• Willingness to work late nights, early mornings, weekends and holidays as storms occur.
• Reliable transportation to and from our office (starting point for all equipment and truck operations).
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in all weather conditions.

• Clear snow from parking lots, drives, and walkways to maintain safe access.
• Respond promptly to changing weather conditions.

Paradise Garden Landscaping Inc., a leader in landscaping and snow/ice management for, is seeking dedicated and skilled drivers for the upcoming 2026 snow season. The ideal candidates will ensure safe and efficient snow removal operations and de-icing services during winter weather for commercial properties only. This is an on-call, weather-dependent role that requires reliability, flexibility, and professionalism.

Duties

• Operate snowplow trucks, loaders, and/or salting equipment safely and effectively.


• Clear snow from parking lots, drives, and walkways to maintain safe access.


• Respond promptly to changing weather conditions.


• Work independently or as part of a team to complete assignments.

• Minimum 2 years of commercial snow plowing and salting experience.

Compensation: $28-35 /hour (based on experience)
