Job summary

This temporary, in-person role demands on-call availability 24/7 during snow events and long shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• CDL with clean driving record required.
• Drug-free and able to pass screenings.
• Minimum of 2 seasons of commercial snow plowing experience.
• Experience operating snow plows, snow blowers, and applying deicing/salting products.
• Experience supervising other laborers and training teammates on safety and on-site needs.
• Able to communicate professionally with clients and crew; comfortable traveling between job sites.
• On-call availability 24/7 during snow events; long shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
