Job summary

Nutrien is seeking a local CDL driver in Beloit, WI to support agribusiness by delivering crop inputs and loading/unloading at our facility. You will operate company trucks, maintain records, and meet regulatory requirements while ensuring safe, on-time deliveries.

We offer full-time hours, competitive benefits, and opportunities for overtime during peak seasons. A clean driving record and DOT medical card are required; hazmat endorsement is preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL and clean driving record required.
• DOT medical card and passing substance screening required.
• Hazmat endorsement preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle loading duties.

Responsibilities

• Drive company trucks to designated order points safely and accurately.
• Complete and maintain required records and regulatory compliance.
• Pickup, deliver, load or unload products as needed.
• Operate forklift or hand truck for loading/unloading as required.
• Maintain safety and proper handling of hazardous materials.
• Perform required maintenance on equipment and comply with safety rules.
• Other duties as assigned.

What You'll Do

• Drive company trucks to designated sprayer or fertilizer order, safely and accurately
• Complete and maintain records as required by the company and government regulations
• Pick up and deliver product to customers as needed
• Load or assist in loading trailer with materials
• Unload or assist in unloading trailer of bulk chemical and fertilizer at the facility, safely and efficiently by using forklift or hand truck
• Keep abreast of the dangers and hazards of products and take proper precaution
• Able to perform all responsibilities safely and efficiently
• Clean and conduct proper maintenance on equipment
• Other duties as assigned

What You'll Bring

• High School diploma
• Driving experience preferred
• Must have a driving record that meets company standards
• Must meet Department of Transportation physical and medical requirements and pass substance abuse screening
• A CDL required; hazmat endorsement preferred
• Able to lift/carry up to 50lbs
