Total Wine & More is seeking a seasonal Front End Team Member (Cashier) in Naples, FL. You will process transactions, greet customers, and promote loyalty programs while maintaining store standards and product knowledge.

This role may extend to sales associate or merchandiser duties as needed. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, 1–3 years in retail, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of work experience, 1+ years in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including identification verification and payment handling.
• Greet customers, engage to build relationships, and inform about products and services.
• Deliver exceptional service and a personalized experience.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards across the store.
• Adhere to laws related to alcohol sale and maintain a safe store environment.
