Responsibilities

• Greet customers with courtesy and provide great service.
• Collect parking fees and provide correct change.
• Understand different parkers (tenants, visitors, employees).
• Answer questions and guide customers.
• Complete daily reports and assist in staffing entry/exit booths during peak hours.
• Communicate with management and supervisors.
• Handle traffic flow during equipment failure or construction.
• Demonstrate urgency and seek improvements.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
