Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with questions regarding merchandise.
• Process sales at the cash register and handle payments.
• Issue refunds or credits with manager approval.
• Bag, box, or wrap merchandise and prepare packages.
• Maintain awareness of promotions and ads.
• Count cash in drawers at shift start/end.
• Maintain correct cash levels and transaction totals.
• Answer questions and relay requests to management.
• Maintain store environment and cleanliness.
