Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a smile when entering and exiting the store.
• Enhance the customer experience by engaging in conversation while providing personalized service and meeting digital receipt program goals.
• Accurately scan every item customers are purchasing and ensure proper payment before leaving the store.
• Tally totals, balance cash drawer, and follow cash handling policies.
• Promote Scheels Visa card and explain benefits.
• Request customers sign up for digital receipts.
• Maintain a clean, stocked checkout area and follow promotions.
