Job summary

The Fresh Market is seeking seasonal team members to work in Grocery, Front End, Early Morning Production or Produce, with deli/bakery/meat & seafood counter support. You’ll help guests with meal solutions, merchandise, weigh and scan products, and maintain service standards throughout the store.

This seasonal role requires a flexible schedule including weekends, days, evenings and holidays; prior retail or hospitality experience is welcome, as is a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• A passion for providing extraordinary service.
• At least 16 years of age or at least 18 years of age in our Deli, Bakery, Produce

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service across departments, learning guests' wants and needs to help with meal solutions.
• Merchandise and stock products and assist guests with store items.
• Weigh and scan products, handle cash and provide change when needed.
• Gather shopping carts and assist in housekeeping duties.
• Slice and prepare meat, cheeses, and ready-to-eat options while maintaining quality.
