What You Will Do

All Lowe’s associates deliver quality customer service while maintaining a store that is clean, safe, and stocked with the products our customers need. As a Seasonal Associate, this means:

• Being friendly and professional, and responding quickly to customer and associate needs.
• Ensuring merchandise is stocked and presented appropriately for customers.
• Engaging in safe work practices and encouraging others to do the same.

The Seasonal Associate includes positions such as Assembler, Receiver/Stocker, Customer Service Associate (CSA) - Sales Floor, CSA Loader, CSA Front End, typically in a temporary capacity. All employees support Lowe’s mission by providing excellent customer service, including greeting customers, responding to inquiries, and assisting with locating, selecting, demonstrating, preparing, or loading merchandise. Specific responsibilities vary by role, such as assembling merchandise, stocking, loading for customers, assisting shoppers, and processing sales and returns. Applicants may be considered for any of these roles based on hiring needs.

Travel Requirements: This role does not require regular travel; however, occasional travel for meetings, training, or to support other stores may be needed.

What We're Looking For

• Hourly Seasonal: Generally scheduled 10 to 40 hours; more hours may be required based on store needs.
• Availability: Morning, afternoon, and evening shifts any day of the week; Receiver/Stocker requires late evening, night, and early morning availability.
• Physical ability to perform tasks such as standing, sitting, and lifting.
• Ability to lift at least 25 pounds without assistance (except CSA Front End).
• Ability to lift at least 10 pounds without assistance (CSA Front End).

Minimum Qualifications

What You Need To Succeed

• Assembler & Receiver/Stocker: Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• CSAs (Loader, Front-End, and Sales Floor): 6 months of computer experience and 6 months using handheld devices to input and access information.

Preferred Qualifications

• Assembler & Receiver/Stocker: 3 months operating forklift/power equipment.
• CSAs: 6 months retail experience, including customer service, product knowledge, and issue resolution.

If required by state or local law, applicants must obtain a salesperson license within 60 days of employment.
