What You Will Do

All Lowe’s associates deliver quality customer service while maintaining a store that is clean, safe, and stocked with the products our customers need. As a Seasonal Associate, this means:

• Being friendly and professional, and responding quickly to customer and associate needs.
• Ensuring merchandise is stocked and presented appropriately for customers.
• Engaging in safe work practices and encouraging others to do the same.

Roles and Responsibilities

The Seasonal Associate may be assigned to roles such as Assembler, Receiver/Stocker, Customer Service Associate (CSA) - Sales Floor, CSA Loader, or CSA Front End, typically in a temporary capacity. Responsibilities include greeting customers, responding to inquiries, assisting with merchandise, and supporting Lowe’s mission to provide quality service and products. Specific duties vary by role and may include assembling merchandise, stocking, loading, assisting customers, processing sales, and returns. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Travel Requirements

This role generally does not require regular travel but may occasionally involve travel to meetings, training, or support for neighboring stores.

What We're Looking For

• Hourly Seasonal: 10 to 40 hours scheduled; additional hours may be required.
• Availability must include mornings, afternoons, and evenings any day of the week. Receiver/Stocker roles require late evenings, nights, and early mornings.
• Physical ability to perform tasks involving prolonged standing, sitting, and lifting (minimum 25 pounds, with or without assistance; 10 pounds for CSA Front End).

Minimum Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• For CSAs: 6 months of experience with computers and handheld devices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience operating forklift or power equipment (3 months).
• Retail experience (6 months), including customer service, product knowledge, and issue resolution.

Applicants may need to obtain a salesperson license if required by local regulations within 60 days of employment.
