Under general supervision, following established policies, procedures, and professional guidelines, the RN delivers nursing care to patients. Responsibilities include planning and implementing nursing care, documenting assessments, identifying situations requiring intervention, formulating care plans, and ensuring patient rights. All duties are performed in accordance with Tampa General Hospital's mission, vision, and values, and principles of quality improvement.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
• Minimum 2 years' experience in Cardiovascular or Transplant nursing required
• Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in Florida
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• National Certification preferred
