We are currently hiring for 13-week contracts with higher base pay, generous shift differentials, and benefits available for purchase. Applicants must have at least 2 years of experience in the specific division and be deemed competent to work independently.

Under general supervision, following established policies, procedures, and professional guidelines, the RN delivers nursing care to patients. Responsibilities include planning and implementing nursing care, documenting assessments, identifying situations requiring intervention, formulating and communicating care plans, and ensuring patient rights are upheld. All duties are performed in accordance with Tampa General Hospital's mission, vision, and values, as well as principles of quality improvement.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
• Minimum 2 years' experience in Cardiovascular or Transplant nursing required
• Current licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in Florida
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• National Certification preferred
