Job summary

CULTA is seeking a Seasonal Harvest Associate to support outdoor harvest and post-harvest operations in Cambridge, MD. This entry-level role assists with plant movement, weighing, and packaging while following SOPs and cannabis regulations.

No prior cannabis experience is required; role-specific training is provided. You will help maintain product quality and safe, organized work areas throughout harvest and curing.

Qualifications

  • Must be 21+ and eligible for cannabis employment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and SOPs.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift 50 pounds.
  • Flexible schedule including weekends and overtime during peak harvest.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with receiving, moving, weighing, and documenting harvested plants and plant material.
  • Deleaf plants and prepare for curing.
  • Position plants in hang spaces per procedures.
  • Monitor cure conditions and report concerns.
  • Perform plant breakdown and material prep.
  • Operate bucking machines and conveyors after training.
  • Trim, inspect, and separate material for quality.
  • Package, label, and organize finished product per requirements.
  • Log, collect, and dispose of plant waste per SOPs.
  • Maintain clean, safe work areas following PPE and safety procedures.
  • Support daily production goals and team collaboration.
