You will execute post-harvest tasks, maintain product quality, follow SOPs and safety guidelines, and document activities while assisting teammates. The position is warehouse-based with climbing and lifting as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must pass a background check in compliance with state regulations.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Execute post-harvest tasks including buck down, curing, sorting, and trimming.
• Maintain product quality and consistency during handling.
• Follow all SOPs and safety guidelines.
• Accurately complete required documentation and tracking.
• Assist team members and leads with daily tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
