Qualifications

• Strong customer service and excellent verbal/written communication.
• Ability to de-escalate challenging situations with guests or coworkers.
• Basic recordkeeping and money handling experience; strong math aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous customer service and educate guests on area rules and facilities.
• Register campers, collect fees, and process retail sales at the campground.
• Operate a cash register and record revenues using company forms; maintain logs and data.
