Job summary

Morgan's Camp is seeking a Seasonal Program Instructor to help redefine accessible camp experiences. Reporting to the Program Director and Department Managers, you will contribute to program development and weekly preparations for diverse groups.

Each season runs for one school semester with potential for multiple seasons; onsite housing is provided. This role emphasizes engaging programming, safety, teamwork, and a passion for inclusive, memorable camper experiences.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrates initiative and self-motivation.
• Able to work well in a team with strong interpersonal skills.
• Shows enthusiasm and adaptability in varied situations.
• Respect for diverse communities and backgrounds.
• Excellent communication with campers, staff and volunteers.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging camp experiences for all participants.
• Lead programming for campers, counselors and volunteers.
• Maintain and enhance program areas for smooth operations.
• Ensure a safe camp environment at all times.
• Care for equipment and report issues promptly.
• Support daily operations including food service and logistics.
• Attain required certifications provided by MC.
• Assist in event setup and teardown with Operations.
