Job summary

Responsibilities

• Ensure health and safety standards in food prep, service, and storage.
• Cook meals according to menus and camp schedule.
• Assist the Food Services Coordinator in coordinating staff preparation and service of meals and snacks.
• Keep inventory to ensure proper amount of food on-hand to prepare menu items.
• Keep track of the amount of food prepared and leftover.
