Responsibilities

• Set up restaurant tables before opening.
• Maintain clean work areas and stock inventory.
• Provide guests with refills of water, tea, coffee, and soft drinks as needed.
• Clear tables, remove dirty dishes, and wipe surfaces.
• Carry dirty dishes to the kitchen.
• Assist in catering event setup as needed.
• Perform general cleaning of building and equipment.
• Attend required meetings and report safety concerns.
• Follow safety procedures and use protective equipment as directed.
• Be flexible to other duties and reports to supervisor.
