Job summary

Columbia Hospitality is hiring for a Seasonal Restaurant Busser at Gold Mountain Golf Club. The role supports servers and managers, ensuring a clean, fast-paced dining room and exceptional guest experience.

The position requires a customer‑focused mindset, 18+ years of age, week-ends/holidays flexibility, and a current Food Handler’s License. Compensation includes an hourly rate of $17.13, daily pay options, and a range of employee perks such as golf access, dining discounts, and wellness

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Current Food Handler’s License required.
• 18+ years of age required.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Busser duties: Clear and clean tables promptly, reset tables, refill water, maintain dining areas, stock service stations.
• Food runner duties: Deliver food quickly, ensure correct presentation, communicate with kitchen/servers, assist with beverages and condiments, check guest satisfaction.
